Lending Library
We maintain a library of grief resource materials for use by the public. Our library includes well over 100 books, videotapes, audiotapes and brochures all authored or produced by nationally recognized authorities. Topics include general grief & bereavement, loss of a parent, death of a child, children & death, grief in the workplace, terminal illnesses, sudden & traumatic death, AIDS related deaths, suicide & homicide, and a section for professionals dealing with death as caregivers.

Holiday Memorial

Holiday -CandlesThe Christmas season can be a particularly difficult time for those who have recently experienced a death bringing with it conflicting emotions of joy and sorrow.  All of our local hospices offer memorial tree lighting ceremonies to help remember your loved one during this special time of the year.

It is a beautiful and meaningful ceremony with the lighting of the Christmas Tree, a candle lighting ceremony with comforting thoughts and passages of remembrance.
